Eligibility (interim adult-only policy — product decision, owner review required): accounts are limited to adults 18+. New signups must confirm 18+ and accept these Terms; the server rejects ineligible signups without retaining an account. Self-declaration is not proof of age. Reports of underage accounts can be filed via Report actions or support and are reviewed through moderation with appeal.

What Omfix does: a listings and messaging venue. Omfix does not lend, hold funds, operate escrow/custody, process payments, or make automated credit decisions. Financing listings are a directory; applications are requests only and never imply approval or funding. Payment entries are user-reported.

Verified provider means identity/registration documents were inspected as presented, with scope and date shown. It does not guarantee licensing, ownership, quality, or repayment.

Your content: by uploading you declare you hold the rights and grant Omfix a limited licence to host and display it for the service. Infringing, illegal, or misleading content is prohibited (see Community Standards and Copyright pages).

Subscriptions: no recurring billing is currently offered. If plans appear, price, currency, interval, renewal, trial conversion, cancellation and refunds will be shown before confirmation and acceptance recorded.

Changes: material changes will be notified and may require re-acceptance; continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
